Scar Camouflage & Skin Revision

Custom-blended, skin-tone pigment used to conceal scars, stretch marks, vitiligo, and areas of lost color — alongside relaxation work that softens tight or textured tissue first.

How it works

The process

Scar camouflage is the cosmetic tattoo concealment of flat, light scars, hypo-pigmented skin, and vitiligo. Pigment is custom-blended to your surrounding tone, then re-assessed as the skin heals and shows how it holds color. Using advanced techniques we can also simulate realistic anatomical characteristics — nail beds and navel openings lost to trauma among them. Whether the change is one other people notice or one only you do, the decision to treat it is entirely yours. Your most personal moments belong to you — and so does this one.

Most areas take two to five sessions, scheduled eight to sixteen weeks apart, and sessions may be paired with light therapy, topical products, or botanicals for optimum healed results. Everything begins with a thorough consultation and health history alongside an anatomical skin and site assessment, and guided pre- and post-care carries the rest of the way — it is genuinely essential to the end goal.

What to expect

Sessions

2 to 5 sessions

The number depends on the size, age, and color of the area, and how your skin accepts pigment.

Spacing

8 to 16 weeks apart

Camouflage color continues to soften and settle for months. We wait for full healing before adjusting.

What we treat

Areas and conditions

Surgical & injury scars

Scars from surgery, trauma, and accidents — on the breast, abdomen, face, and body — are color-matched to sit closer to the surrounding skin once they have fully matured.

Vitiligo concealment

Depigmented patches are filled with custom-blended pigment matched to your surrounding tone. Stability of the condition matters, so we review your history carefully at consultation.

Stretch marks

Mature, silvery stretch marks on the abdomen, hips, thighs, chest, and arms respond well to camouflage color, often after retexturing has smoothed the surface.

Scar & burn relaxation

Tight, raised, or restrictive tissue is softened first so it becomes more pliable and even. Relaxation improves both comfort and how well the area later accepts color.

Anatomical restoration

Nail beds lost to injury or illness and navels altered by abdominoplasty or reconstruction can be simulated with careful shading, shadow, and color placement.

Uneven skin tone

Patches of hypopigmentation from burns, laser work, or previous procedures can be evened out with the same custom color approach.

The Consultation

A quiet conversation before anything begins

Your consultation is time set aside to review your goals, skin condition and healing history, treatment and medical history, any previous tattoo or permanent makeup work, realistic expectations, timing, and which of our artists is the right match for you.

Consultation fees are applied toward your completed procedure or treatment session.
