Who SMP helps
Receding hairline
A hairline designed for your face and your age, softened at the front so it reads as hair rather than a drawn line.
Crown and vertex thinning
Pigment placed between the hair you still have, so the crown stops showing through under bright Florida light — the condition that makes thinning most obvious here.
A fully shaved look
From early recession through to complete loss, SMP recreates the appearance of a closely shaved head — a look that suits the climate.

Sun is the main thing that softens a result
Pigment is placed with that in mind. Daily sunscreen on the scalp, or a hat on the boat and the course, keeps a result looking sharp far longer between refreshes.
Plan sessions around the water
Pools, ocean, hot tubs and heavy sweating are out for roughly a week after each session. Most clients book around boating, golf and travel rather than the other way round.
Seasonal residents
If you split the year between Florida and the north-east, sessions can be spaced across a season — and we also treat at our Pennsylvania studio, so a plan can be continued in Doylestown.

Common questions
How many trips will this take?
Most people complete their look in two to five sessions about four weeks apart, each running roughly two to four hours.
Can the first appointment be virtual?
Yes — all consultations are virtual. Your first visit to the studio is your first treatment session.
Do I have to shave my head?
No. Diffuse thinning is treated as density between the hair you have, and you keep your length. SMP and hair length.
What does it cost?
A full scalp treatment plan generally runs $2,800 to $3,000 across the whole series. Smaller work — a single transplant scar, or a crown-only density pass — costs less. What affects SMP cost.
How long will it last in this climate?
Years, with a refresh when it softens — sooner for people outdoors constantly than for people who cover up. How long SMP lasts.
